Working through open queries
Find open queries, give each one an owner and a date, and resolve them so chasing starts again.

Finding them
On the Invoices page, filter by Query to list every invoice with an open query. Save the filter as a view to come back to it. Views can be emailed as a CSV on a schedule under Settings, Advanced, Scheduled Exports.
There is no separate queries page or report.
Owner, next action, due date
The owner is whoever is assigned to the invoice. Change it from the Owner row on the invoice page. Assigning the invoice is also what decides who gets notified about the query.
Use Edit on the query to set a next action (what needs to happen) and a due date (when it should be done by). Neither is shown to the customer. If the due date passes with the query still open, the owner is notified once. Move the date and they are notified again when the new one passes.
Keep evidence in the invoice notes, where you can attach files.
Resolving
Click Resolve on the query and pick how it ended: paid, credit note issued, invoice voided, withdrawn by the customer, or written off. If the invoice is still unpaid, policies that were skipped pick up again at the next recalculation.
Paidnice resolves queries by itself within the hour when the invoice is paid, voided or deleted. It does not notice credit notes, so resolve those by hand once the credit is applied.
Only one query can be open on an invoice at a time. If the same invoice comes up again later, open a new one.
